Our mission is to unlock the potential within each individual to become a driving force for good.
What we do
By connecting young professionals with nonprofits, we see a high return on personal gratification.
Young professionals are exposed to a variety of nonprofit boards and activities, allowing them to develop new and diverse skills.
At the leadership level on nonprofit boards, young professionals are able to contribute their skills and time to make a lasting difference.

Our partners in employee engagement
“Despite the rewards of challenging work and a good income, so many young people feel there's something missing in their careers. The problem is not the job. It's the lack of connection to their larger value in society. We help people find their place of value, leveraging the talents and resources of their position to help others.”
