Rhoden Monrose
CEO & Founder
Rhoden learned how rewarding it was to help nonprofits while he worked at Citigroup as a derivatives trader. In 2013, he left Citigroup and founded CariClub to help other young professionals engage with nonprofits at a higher level.
Gerald is a customer experience and operations executive with over 25 years of global experience developing strategies, redesigning processes, aligning organizations, and leveraging technology to improve performance. He as worked for McKinsey, Time Warner Cable, Google and Evernote. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
Rishi Chheda
Strategy & Finance Manager
Rishi graduated from New York University, where he studied in finance, economics, and philosophy. He began his career in investment banking, where he helped companies raise equity capital. Prior to that, he spent time teaching math and English to orphaned children in India, and more recently, helped raise money for underprivileged students in Nepal.
Sara Fry
Director of Partnerships
Sara is an LMHC with a master's in counseling for mental health and wellness from NYU, where she worked as an academic advisor. She maintains a private psychotherapy practice and has worked as a therapist for several nonprofit organizations. Sara is passionate about working with CariClub’s nonprofits, corporate partners, and members to help facilitate impactful connections in the community.
O'Neill Dewey
Business Development Associate
O'Neill has a passion for impact technology. Before CariClub, he worked in business development for Revmax, a fleet intelligence software company with the mission to reduce CO2 and traffic congestion. O'Neill saw through a strategic investment from BMW and helped Revmax to acquire its first clients. O'Neill has a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is an active member of the Central Park Conservancy.
Mohit Pandey
AI Software Engineer
Mohit completed his Masters in Computer Science from Rutgers University while helping CariClub automate the process of connecting young professionals to nonprofits. He also works on Machine Learning at Weill Cornell Medical College.
Catherine Quiroz
Operations Associate
Catherine graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where she double majored in applied mathematics and statistics & global environmental change and sustainability. She interned with CariClub for two summers, and then joined the team full time after she graduated. She looks forward to continuing to help young professionals find opportunities to create meaningful positive change through CariClub.
Brandon Parkes
Nonprofit Engagement Manager
Brandon is a philanthropic professional having worked in a corporate philanthropic capacity at companies such as Morgan Stanley and Toyota, and nonprofit management for an international humanitarian organization, Right To Play. Brandon is an avid volunteer in NYC and is passionate about empowering nonprofit organization to drive their impact forward.
