Russell has a 35-year financial services background, including 10 years with Credit Suisse, 15 years in the hedge fund space, and extensive nonprofit board experience. He graduated from Middlesex School, the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Boston University.
Prior to CariClub, Nicole built a global council for Habitat for Humanity, helped launch McKinsey & Co’s first spinoff nonprofit and founded a program that has funded free surgery for 10,000+ kids. Nicole graduated from Villanova, where she studied Organizational Communications & PR.
Previously, Rob was a Senior Engineer on the finance team at Vimeo. Rob has been developing software to help nonprofits become sustainable and scalable for many years. He also founded Project Ana, a nonprofit that helps other nonprofits to develop revenue through e-commerce.
Alex worked in PE, helped Shake Shack go global, and built an HR tech company from scratch. He started a seed-to-plate youth education program in South Brooklyn and currently sits on New York Common Pantry's Associate Board. Alex is a graduate of Trinity College.
Courtney started her career in finance at Merrill Lynch and Cornerstone Macro. Previously, she spent a year volunteering at the Tanzanian Children's Fund in Karatu, TZ, and remains actively involved. She is also on the Leadership Council of Pencils of Promise. Courtney graduated from Lafayette College, where she played D1 Varsity Lacrosse.
Mohit is pursuing his Masters in Computer Science from Rutgers University with specialization in Machine Learning and Computer Vision. He also works as a Machine Learning Scientist at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University. At CariClub he’s working to automate the process of connecting young professionals to nonprofits.
Elana worked in Fintech for over 6 years, covering hedge funds and banks at both TIM Group and Relationship Science. She ran the Junior Board of CASA-NYC for three years and remains actively involved with several child welfare organizations. Elana studied Economics and English at Barnard College.
Rishi began his career in investment banking, where he helped consumer and retail companies raise initial and follow-on equity capital. Previously, he spent time teaching math and English to orphaned children in India, and more recently, helped raise money for underprivileged students in Nepal. Rishi graduated from New York University, where he studied Finance, Economics and Philosophy.
